GRMP-pharmacy sales of MMJ – AJC 10 29 2023

Georgia recently became the first state in the US to allow pharmacies to dispense medical marijuana.  On November 27, the DEA pushed back to Georgia pharmacies, reminding them that it is unlawful for pharmacies to possess or sell a Schedule I drug.

  • Smart Approaches to Marijuana
  • Georgia Pharmacy Association
  • Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission
  • Georgia US Senator Buddy Carter (who is also a pharmacist)
