This public statement summarizes evidence-based concerns regarding marijuana and hemp policy in Georgia, signed by 70 organizations representing medicine, public safety, prevention, treatment, recovery, and community leadership. It does not call for specific legislation, but provides data, research, and real-world experience to inform public understanding and responsible decision-making.
