Matt Myers, MS, MPA

Matt is the founder of DrugImpairment.com, an e-learning platform that
connects toxicologists, law enforcement, and other stakeholders with
leading instructors on drug impairment. Matt combines over 20 years of
law enforcement experience and service as a Drug Recognition Expert
(DRE) Instructor with advanced education to provide unique insights on
drug policy and training. He holds a master’s degree in clinical toxicology
from the University of Florida and has pursued additional studies in
toxicology and pharmacology at the Center for Forensic Science Research &
Education and Harvard Medical School Extension. Matt serves in advisory
positions for multiple national organizations focused on impairment and
roadway safety, and routinely lectures at national conferences.
